with Hearst Custom Publishing on the magazine, which was distributed
to top tier SaksFirst cardholders. In addition to president and

Using iridescent cardboard and gold stamping techniques, designer
Denis Boudard "dressed up" two key Piper-Heidsieck
products: Brut and Rosé Sauvage. This is Boudard's second
project for the client; back in 2001, he developed a fire engine
red box decorated with 3D, bubbly pop-art for the millenium.
Boudard is the founder and president of QSLD New World, the U.S.
office of a French firm engaged in graphic design for luxury
goods. U.S. activities are overseen by Gael Ollard.

The cover of this portfolio of work, past and present, by Charles
S. Anderson Design Company, incorporates the firm's statement
of purpose: "We've always considered it part of a designer's
job not just to sell stuff and add another piece of marketing
trash to the world, but to attempt to create design that is thought-provoking,
humorous, elegant, abrasive, ironic or interesting enough that
the audience gets rewarded for taking the time to look at it."
