TDA Advertising & Design created a series of ads to run in mountain-sport magazines for new client Cloudveil Mountain Works. The ads seek to demonstrate an understanding of Cloudveil’s core mountain customer, who cares for his sport, his sports equipment and little else. Four full-page executions wryly exemplify the theme. A Hint Of Intimacy
Packaging for Leo Sidran’s new album, “Bohemia,” uses select photography, subtle color tones and a handscripted typographic feel to invite listeners into Sidran’s personal creative environment. Explains Greg Wold, brand manager at Planet Propaganda, “The music is sophisticated and personal, and created in the intimate spaces shown in the photographs we selected for the CD. Even before people listen to the music, we wanted to share a hint of this intimacy.” Back in 2000, the design firm was nominated for a Grammy for album design for work on “Concert for Garcia Lorca” by Ben Sidran, father of Leo.
