SEEN & NOTED

Twins Rock
A stylized live-action fashion shoot created an energized atmosphere for the recent CBS concert special, "Fashion Rocks." TwinArt, a design studio led by identical twins Ellen and Lynda Kahn, created the main title show open, stage screens and all in-show graphics for clients Condé Nast (the organizer of the concert) and Tall Pony Productions. Held during Fashion Week, the concert at Radio City Music Hall featured David Bowie, Destiny's Child, Duran Duran and more. The Kahns' founded their bicoastal firm in 1986 in order to work together.

Rain Or Shine
Mixing the personality and the geographic character of its Portland and Palo Alto offices, the design and branding development firm Michael Patrick Partners, launches a refreshed identity program. Website and related collateral materials are to come, says Co-founder and Creative Director Dunae "Doo" Maidens.
