Corbis president Leslie Hughes has launched the new production service Equity Images. The company will create imagery for corporate marketing and communications. Industry veterans David Harrigan and Catherine Lee are representing Equity in Europe and Asia, respectively. The company is based in New York.

Tom Hinson joins JS Creative, a division of Jackson Spalding. The creative director brings 15 years of design and web experience to the Atlanta firm. Hinson previously worked at Atlanta's Saint Joseph's Hospital and Prudential Financial's Atlanta Group.

Mandy Novak is named executive producer of the Venice CA motion graphics studio Fish Eggs. Novak, a DePauw University graduate, previously worked for Interlock Studios and NBC. Her recent projects include graphics packages for "Grease: You're the One that I Want" and "Identity."

DM2 senior strategist Chris Fuller has been appointed a principal. The celebrated designer — Fuller's work has been featured in Communication Arts — joined the Edgewater NJ brand development agency in 1992.

Brian Stanlake and Sarah Berends join Heller Communication Design. Stanlake, a former creative director at Underline Communications, takes on the position of general manager. Berends, appointed senior art director, comes to Heller from Poulin + Harris.

Peter Allen joins Turner Duckworth as a brand strategy director. Allen comes to the international brand design firm from FINE Design Group. The Lynchburg College grad previously worked at Siegel+Gale and Landor Associates, among other firms.

FITCH welcomes Bryan Gailey and Mark Miller. Gailey is now a creative director on FITCH's New York City creative team, while Miller is a studio director for the team in Columbus OH. Before they joined FITCH, Miller was the director of marketing and communications at the Longaberger Company and Gailey was an associate principal at Callison Architecture.

Stora Enso appoints Christine Graf to the position of director, brand communications. She brings over 20 years of experience — including stints at Grey Worldwide and LINTAS — to the Wisconsin Rapids WI paper company.
