Grant Goes Fishing

Grant Design Collaborative of Canton GA has partnered with metro Atlanta restaurant group Downtown Hospitality, Inc. to design the brand identity and experience for its latest sustainable seafood concept Goin’ Coastal. The restaurant ‘marks the group’s second venture into historic downtown Canton GA. Grant Design helped the owner and head chef Zach Kell define the restaurant as a sustainable seafood joint; featuring high quality seafood from North America, either fished or farmed, that can exist over the long term without compromising species’ survival or the health of the ecosystem. Grant’s work extended beyond the concept and brand identity to a website, apparel, signage, interior design consultation, menus and brand-experience components.
